The Rebar Cutter™ (RBC) precisely cuts steel bars and cables in the air or underwater. It comes in three sizes: 15mm, 32mm, and 50mm. Each can cut target diameters of 5 ~ 15mm, 10 ~ 32mm, and 20 ~ 50mm, respectively. For larger targets, the RBC can be configured in radial arrays. RBC is a versatile, precision explosive tool essential in the demolition industry. It cuts reinforced bars and cables during the demolition or perforation of concrete structures, as well as window bars, metal grilles, and railings. Furthermore, it proves invaluable in cutting tangled steel cables for easier transport or lifting, releasing tethered sea mines, and cutting multi-core armoured electrical and data cables.

Deployment to Target
Rebar Cutters™ can be used individually or in multiples. They can be attached to the target quickly and easily using one hand, making them ideal for use in inaccessible places or a tactical environment.
Each charge has a pair of jaws on both ends with a set of integral barbs, ensuring that it stays in place when the charge is pushed onto the target. Larger modules can be further secured using wire.
Each RBC is lightweight and can be easily carried in a pocket or a pouch, allowing operators to carry multiple charges during tasks.
You can also use RBC for various underwater applications. A watertight enclosure in the stand-off space between the copper charge liner and the target enables the cutting jet to form underwater as easily as in the air.
Safety
Each Rebar Cutter is constructed from plastic, which disintegrates upon firing, minimising the danger of projected fragments.
