By conducting Training Needs Analysis for each customer individually, we can design bespoke training to best fit their own unique operational requirements.

Our courses follow various standards and SOPs, including:

• HMA IEDD - GIGN Best Practice Guide

• WTI - NATO Doctrine

All instructors used by Alford Training are operationally experienced in their individual disciplines and are considered experts in their fields.

Alford Training primarily delivers courses at our live-fire explosive training facility, Broadmead Range, located in Somerset, England.

The Range is currently under development with new training facilities under construction, including a Subterranean IEDD Training Lane, IEDD Skills House, and a new Breaching House.

Additionally, on request, we are able to deploy training teams overseas.

Paul has over 25 years of experience working exclusively in the EOD, IEDD, WTI and the Explosives Management arena.

His vast operational experience has been gained during multiple tours in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan providing the highest technical levels of support to top tier foreign and domestic organisations. As well as, latterly as a Contract IEDD Operator in West Africa.
